You are being paid through an intermediary or umbrella company: a third-party organisation that will calculate your tax and other deductions and then pay you for the work undertaken for the hirer. We will still be finding you assignments.

The money earned on your assignments will be transferred to the umbrella company as part of their income. They will then pay you your wage which will credit your bank account by 17:00 the following Friday (working a week in hand). All the deductions made which affect your wage are listed below. * To process/transfer my personal data with their third-party companies in order to provide payroll and employment services and the passing of information to certain third parties to present or detect crime, to protect funds or in any other way permitted or required by law.

* If your application is unsuccessful, Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Limited may keep your personal data on file in case there are future employment opportunities for which you may be suited. We will ask for your consent before it keeps your data for this purpose and you are free to withdraw your consent at any time.

* Dormant personal data files will automatically be destroyed after 12 months of registration.

I understand that I can request to have access to my data at any point, that I can request to update my data and I can request to withdraw my consent for Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd to process my data. However Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd may continue to process my personal data where they have a legal obligation to do so.

If, during the course of a temporary assignment, the Client wishes to employ me direct, I acknowledge that Direct Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd will be entitled either to charge the Client an Introduction Transfer Fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client (after which I may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client).
